All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days except pre-order and custom orders.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We ship worldwide from Staten Island, New York.
Orders are usually shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays.
You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with tracking. You can also track your order on our site portal here.
GAARMI offers a risk free 15-day return and exchange policy. We are confident that you will fall in love with our handcrafted in Africa items, If ever that is not the case, please contact us at Support@ShopGAARMI.com within 15 days of order arrival to exchange or return your item.
Returns: Items that are unworn, with tags intact, and in the same condition as shipped are available for a full refund if contacted within 15 days of order arrival. Once we receive your request, a shipping label with tracking will be emailed to you to return your items. After receipt and inspection of items, we will provide a full refund to eligible items minus the cost of return shipping.
