Exchanges and Returns

GAARMI offers a risk free 30-day exchange or return policy. We are confident that you will fall in love with our handcrafted in Africa items, If ever that is not the case, please contact us at Hello@ShopGAARMI.com within 30 days of your purchase to exchange or return your item.

We offer a generous free shipping label for exchanges or returns to all US customers. After receiving your approved shipping label just ship your item to our address and include your order number anywhere inside the package. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your exchange or return has been approved and begin processing. For exchange orders, just pay the new shipping cost and we will ship your new item.
